Reusable Drop Down Widget in Left Side Bar

This is a reusable drop down widget that takes a title (eg channel) and when clicked shows a drop down of option (eg channels list). It will be used for both channels and DMs drop down. Note that the drop down options are clickable. Consider making a reusable widget for the options since they are the same.
