Implement on the delete Todo link a feature to populate the delete Todo endpoint API provided by the Backend.

In the Todo card component there is a mini modal that has a delete link that deletes todo. On that delete link implement a feature that populates the deleted Todo endpoint from the backend guys with the todo that was deleted.
