Upgrade the package

I tried to upgrade. But it seems that updated code is not there in pip

pip install --upgrade spylls

Please upgrade the package so that I it will be easy to use.

The fix is in master but not released yet. I'll release 0.1.2 somewhere on/over this weekend.
