Describe the bug
When expanding the card overlays, the overflowed content can not be seen nor be scrolled down.
什么垃圾英语 义工列表页面如果条目比较多并且全部展开，就无法滑动查看下面的内容了。
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to /activity/
- Click on all the expand icons
- Try to scroll down but you failed to do so
- See error
Expected behavior
无法滑动查看下面的内容了。

Uh... I saw this issue today (finally)... The scrolling of page is not experiences well, I think. The scrolling of tables is feating, and the scroll bar of table will be added in the future.
In some casees, some necessary scrollbars, such as creating specified activity is added.
The scrolling page in the pad is not very well, I think. Thank you for your advising, and I am sparing no efforts improving the scrolling problem.
