[Bug]: detector ctd makes overlap text block

The text overlaping because ctd detect the 1 lines of text as 2 lines separate from each other. i want it to keep ctd to dectect more lines but prevent the text from overlaping (They should be detected as 1 text not 2), what should i do

Can I ask what font are you using? regular font transform to italic is new to me..

i use komikah and kmkdsp (italic lowercase)
kinda want the text to be more expressive so i add some modified to the code so it can mix the font
but maybe i don't understand the code enough because its some time led to a inconsistent font like this :
