Use SwipableItem for left pane and allow voting

It make make sense allowing voting from the left pane with with SwipableItems like the comments.

Have to give this one some thought. There's at least one valid use case: down-voting obviously sensationalist or false items. However, Red It was specifically designed to not allow the user to vote on stories he or she hasn't read.
