Separate out fields in reports

From Nate: Too much of the data presented on the various report pages is mashed together and therefore very difficult to use.
For example:
"tom@journeyfromsilence.com for Thomas J. Burick - Associate ($25)"
Should be separated into the three fields that it originated from
(a) payer
(b) member
(c) membership level
That way it is easy to do sorts or analysis (such as sorting by membership level: "...show me all the Associate level members...." )
