  2. Can this be achieved？ use a image trained a model， then we can transfer a video （or a scene） not only transfer a image （likeness trained image）

We will release some in the future.
Transferring videos may face the problems of object inconsistency and scene instability (this is also a common problem that needs to be solved when traditional image stylization methods are applied to video style transfer, if you are interested)
