[Bug] “Edit mode” in Multitasking does not stop once all apps are closed.

How to reproduce:

1. Open app
2. Go back to Home Screen
3. Open Multitasking
4. Tap and hold on the app to enter edit mode
5. Close the app
6. Double tap the home button to close Multitasking
7. Open another app
8. Go back to Home Screen
9. Open Multitasking

Despite that all apps were cleared and Multitasking was closed, the second app you just opened will already be wiggling in edit mode.

The only way to avoid this is to single tap the Home Button after closing all open apps, then double tap to close Multitasking, since single tapping stops edit mode.
