I can't build this project because XNA I can't install
please build these project and release executable binary build
especially I want geoviewer and geobuilder

Just a note, if you want to use the geobuilder, you'll probably need to get the project building and make some edits to make it compatible with your server since there are a few differences in the format it generates. Or you could update your server to read the format.
