Remove standalone commands run(vote)

There is an arguable question about removing standalone tools to run. I think that functionality should be moved to another standalone project.

Pros:
It will make code much easier and more readable.

Please, put some comments about that, if you think it should stay or be removed.

I haven't used it, much easier to run it from CLI. That being said, it is of value when there's interesting findings, it will create a scope and show in the overview of findings, but that might defeat the purpose of it, as we can already do it the other way around (create scope, select the template)
