Burkholderia multivorans mapping to reference (poc script)
Ad-hoc scripts developed for testing purposes and documentation. The goal was to go from a fastq file to an alignment to reference for a strain sequenced at the lab. Unmapped sequences were also extracted from the resulting alignment file for denovo assembly.
