Queries qbcore database and search user data by searching them with Citizen ID.
- Copy the files to ./xampp/htdocs/
- Make sure Apache and MySQL are started
- Edit these lines of citizenid.php: username, password, dbname
- Make the query by visiting: http://localhost/citizenid.html
