IMLS Pi Stack

Pi Stack is a pilot project to automate the monitoring of wifi usage via low-cost and open source tools.

This project provides:

  • imls-ppa: A Debian PPA for installing custom software for the Raspberry Pi 3 or 4
  • imls-raspberry-pi: Command line programs to gather and analyze wifi sessions
  • imls-validator: A standalone service to validate incoming data
  • imls-documentation-v1: Deprecated v1 documentation. For more up-to-date documentation, please consult the wiki.

Privacy

No PII (personally identifiable information) is logged as part of this project. We believe it is impossible to use the data collected to identify an individual.
