Patrn (Ocean) is a framework focused sole on layout capabilities.
From a design perspective current frameworks are bloated and lack an area of focus. After researching most modern frameworks on the market I wanted to challenge myself to create something simplistic, lightweight and with a simple focus - Layout.

Framework - Bootstrap Base
The framework has been developed using Bootstrap(v3) as the foundation which renders the files as html markup.
This repo contains templates that have been built with a component methodology in mind. Included is a template page that outlines each component and how the blocks can be used to build out any style of layout.
