Changes made in commit 4e7988b.

  1. Rename config.toml to hugo.toml. Reference https://gohugo.io/getting-started/configuration/#hugotoml-vs-configtoml
  2. Made a new branch called deploy, which will be used to push changes from my end and help to create a hostable site on Github Pages
