Recommender System suggesting movies to users based on popular votes.
Steps - 1. Here in this Jupyter notebook, I added the hyperlink to Meta-Movies-Dataset. 2. Then calculated the value of recommendation for each movie and stored it in the 'score' column. 3. The value was calculated by the iMdb formula of - Weighted Rating (WR) = ((v/v+m).R)+((m/v+m).C) where,
v is the number of votes for the movie;
m is the minimum votes required to be listed in the chart;
R is the average rating of the movie; And
C is the mean vote across the whole report
