This is the Victorian Age Mod
How to install?:
- Copy the 'victorian' folder and victorian.mod file and paste it in your Hearts of Iron IV mods.
- The default mod folder is in Users/User/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/mod Go to steam or launch Hearts of Iron IV. On the first menu click on 'Mods' and check Victorian Click 'Play' and enjoy
