This Vue.js project is a website that uses WebCodecs to generate glitchy video using noise and codecs.
This website was used to produce "codec play" by Kosaku Namikawa for the Yebisu International Festival for Art & Alternative Visions 2024.
Web Codecs is a WebAPI currently under specification and was tested using the latest Chrome 121 as of January 2024.
