A notepad hierarchically organized in a tree
("Yu Gothic UI" font is used for the text.)
HierArch depends on Windows Forms and only supports Windows.
It can be built and started on Mono, but it is not fully functional.
Messages are not internationalized and are displayed in Japanese only.
