I'm not sure where to look for the problem. But it's definitely not working out-of-the-box on my installation.
Help plz.
I'm trying to hide delivery options based on city name without knowing php.. and uhhhh...

Well, the plugin is not supposed to work out of the box.
Did you read the installation instructions?
