AGILESCIENCE/AGILE-GRID-ScienceTools-Setup

The AGILE/GRID Science Tools. The AGILE mission is providing a suite of tools called the AGILE Science Tools for the analysis of GRID data. This suite is developed by the AGILE teams. This is the development version. The tools are publicly distributed by ASI/SSDC. Issue tracking is provided by INAF/OAS Bologna redmine.

AGILE Sciente Tools and IRF build and run environment

We need 3 environment variables to compile the core of the AGILE Science Tool:

export CFITSIO=<path>
export ROOTSYS=<path>
export AGILE=<path>

The following variable are needed to run the code of the AGILE Science Tools

export PFILES=$PFILES:$AGILE/share
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$AGILE/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export PATH=$AGILE/bin:$AGILE/scripts:$PATH

To install the system:

git clone https://github.com/AGILESCIENCE/AGILE-GRID-ScienceTools-Setup.git
cd AGILE-GRID-ScienceTools-Setup
git checkout <TAGNAME>
./downloadScienceTools.sh <username>
./installScienceTools.sh
./downloadIRF.sh <username>
./installIRF.sh

e.g. TAGNAME = BUILD25

To recompile the code
./installScienceTools.sh

To install agextspot-v2 the OPENCV variable must be set.
To install WTOOLS C++ version the GSL variable must be set.
It is also possible to install WTOOLS Python version (the default)
