Remove all Skulltag content from WhoDunIt core

Remove any content from WhoDunIt that's a duplicate of Skulltag (ex. Sprites, Textures, Flats, Patches) as they will already be loaded using other resources.

In this moment i'm removing all the flats, patches and textures, but i found 2 packs of blood textures inside
