This program is meant to be open beside your runescape client. The initial menu looks as it does below:
You then choose which of the four rotations zulrah has gone into:

Range top & range side are determined on the 4th rotation

Mage and range phase are determined on the 2nd rotation
The reset button simply clears the image from the application for the next kill
