XRandR is used. Not for Wayland. The program is designed to quickly connect the TV as an additional display.

Often, when installing Linux for friends and acquaintances, there was a need to configure collaboration with TV, as with an additional display. The analogue of this program - ARandR does not have a scaling mode, which in some cases is necessary.
