consolidate subch networks

Right now we have:
subch_approxsubch_basesubch_fullsubch_simpleHe-C-Fe-group
plus 2 symlinks.
Do we still need all of these networks? For instance, I don't think we use subch_full.
We should prune these down and make any improvements we thing should be done to the remaining networks.

My thinking is that we can remove subch_approx and subch_full (and the symlinks), and then do something to subch_simple to fix the hanging endpoint at Na22.
