thetaStat：How can the tW and tP results be explained

Hello,
I am a newbie in using this software. I recently encountered a problem that bothers me.
When I do the calculation of thetaStat, the value of tW and tP in the result file is very large, which is the same as the author's example [http://www.popgen.dk/angsd/index.php/Thetas,Tajima,Neutrality_tests].

I want to know, how to explain the value of tW and tP, or, how do I do additional calculations to get the final usable theta value.

I think those big numbers estimate the raw number of differences within the window, and that you would have to divide them by nsites to get the smaller number you are expecting.
