SAF file out of sync

Hello,

I was trying to calculate the FST parameters using the following code:

realSFS fst index /.../WNPL_Hyp.saf.idx /.../ENPL_Hyp.saf.idx -fstout WNPL_HypVsENPL_Hyp -sfs WNPL_HypVsENPL_Hyp_summedup.sfs -sites /.../FixedAlelles_Set3_Extracted.txt

and got the following error:

SAF file is out of sync contact developer
Mismatch at s:0 which is i=0 vs i=1 with pos1:783 pos2:5903

what could be the error for this? thank you!
