The user will be able to add expenses and deposits to their budget with or without a connection. When entering transactions offline, they should populate the total when brought back online. Offline Functionality:

To run the application locally, first clone this repository.
Next, install the necessary dependencies.
Finally, run the node server locally.
node server
Now, open the local application on port 8080 at the URL: http://localhost:8000/.
