(;) Semicolon Math is a platform that offers math contests every month with 2 easy, 2 medium, and 2 hard AIME level problems. The format is similar to contests you will find on some competitive programming contests.

Current goal: work on contests
Each contest needs:
- Which problems to pull from the problemset
- Start time and end time
- Allow users to register
- Only allow registered users to participate
- Display a scoreboard of all the users
- Calculate the scores of each user (based on submission time)
- Limit number of submissions for each problem (maybe?)
- Subtract points from a problem for every wrong submission (depends on scoring format?)
