after this you run
dotnet new console -o "Guessing Game"
in the Command Prompt if you are on Windows or in the Terminal if you are on Mac or Linux
Then you can open the Program.cs file and there you can copy the code from the repo into the file. Please try to understand what the code is doing before copying it. Google if you have to!
