RT is an advanced rendering project of school 42. It implements Monte-Carlo Path Tracing algorithm, usesing Multi-threading to accelerate rendering Note: this project was made for MacOS.

Getting Started

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple steps.

Prerequisites

This is an example of how to list things you need to use the software and how to install them.

  • Mac os
    mlx
    gcc
    cmake
    git

Installation

  1. Clone the repo
    git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/aitelkob/Rt.git
  2. enter repository
    cd RT

Usage

  1. Make executable
    make
  2. Execute
    ./RT [file_path].yml or .obj
  3. Exit
    esc
