It’s not science fiction. We are living connected lives filled with internet-enabled devices that learn our preferences and provide the experiences we want to make our lives more convenient. And the technology that makes it possible to connect our lives is expanding. The term IoT refers to the several related technological fields involved such as- AI , Blockchain , Cloud,Computing,Advanced analytics, Big data, Augmented & Virtual reality, Cyber-security & many more. The Internet of Things refers to electronic devices that are able to connect to the Internet and share data with other Internet enabled devices. Also known as connected devices, this includes laptops, smartphones, and computers, however they are far from limited from just these three things. The term ‘thing’ in the Internet of Things could be anything from a person’s blood pressure monitor, a bluetooth connected door lock, to a garage door opener that has an IP address and can communicate over a network.
Implementation-of-HDLC-Protocol
High-Level Data Link Control (HDLC) is a bit-oriented code transparent synchronous data link layer protocol developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). HDLC is used to connect one device to another. HDLC Protocol is used to send the data in the form of frames; a controller controls the flow of data in the data link layer of the OSI model. HDLC protocol is used to transmit frames in the logic link layer of the Data link Layer.
Moisture-monitor
To develop a smart irrigation system to provide irrigation system which is automatic for the plants which help in saving water and money. The main objective is to apply the system for improvement of health of the soil and hence the plant via sensors. Appropriate soil water level is a necessary pre-requisite for optimum plant growth. Also, water being an essential element for life sustenance, there is the necessity to avoid its undue usage. Irrigation is a dominant consumer of water. This calls for the need to regulate water supply for irrigation purposes. Fields should neither be over-irrigated nor under-irrigated. In order to replace expensive controllers in current available systems, the Arduino Uno will be used in this project as it is an affordable microcontroller. The Arduino Uno can be programmed to analyse some signals from sensors such as moisture, temperature, and rain. A pump is used to pump the fertilizer and water into the irrigation system. The use of easily available components reduces the manufacturing and maintenance costs. This makes the proposed system to be an economical, appropriate and a low maintenance solution for applications, especially in rural areas and for small scale agriculturists. This research work enhanced to help the small-scale cultivators and will be increase the yield of the crops then will increase government economy
Noise-Reduction
Noise reduction is the technique involved in extraction of the desired information from a signal.The received signal is usually a mixture of information and noise. It is important to reduce the attenuation caused by random noise, since it produces the errors in information and lowers quality of the signal. One of the most challenging problems in digital signal processing is to extract the original information from a signal without any loss.
Passcode-Security-System
The main objective of this project is to provide a pass code based security system having the provision to change the pass code by the authority only, using XOR Gates as bit comparators and NOR Gates as controlled inverters. This proposed system will provide a user friendly security system for organizations and homes. If the pass code entered is right, it is indicated by a LED. Any wrong attempt to open the door (by entering the wrong password), an alert will be actuated, indicated by another LED.
