Weather Checker is a Python script that fetches and displays current weather information for a given city using the OpenWeatherMap API.
- Sign up for a free OpenWeatherMap API key: OpenWeatherMap API.
- Clone or download this repository.
- Install the required libraries by running:
pip install requests. - Open the
weather_checker.pyfile and replace'YOUR_API_KEY'with the actual API key you obtained. - Run the script by executing:
python weather_checker.py.
- Fetches and displays current temperature, weather description, humidity, and wind speed.
- Allows users to keep asking for weather information until they type 'exit,' 'bye,' or 'cancel'.
- Replace
'YOUR_API_KEY'in the script with the API key obtained from OpenWeatherMap.
- requests: HTTP library for making API requests.
If you encounter issues, please check your API key and ensure proper internet connectivity.
