The file dealer is a script that manages the files distribution from a incoming directory to a pre defined list of directories.
When launched it will, check the incoming directory for new files that aren't processed yet, in case of a positive return, the File Dealer will copy the new file/files and save it/them into each directory that are assigned to receive them.
