Run with dotnet HyoutaToolsCLI.dll to get a list of available tools. Select a tool by passing it as the first parameter, eg. dotnet HyoutaToolsCLI.dll Tales.Vesperia.Texture.Decode. Individual tools should print usage instructions when invoked without extra parameters.
