Bug/Typo/Error description
As can be seen by looking at AGRO in OLS or at agro.owl the ontology IRI is set to http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/agro-edit.owl. I believe this is an error and should actually be http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/agro.owl.
