This is a form which simulates the sent of an email with validations in its fields as requirements to sent the email
After the user has completed correctly all the fields, the submit button is enabled and can be clicked, after this it appears a spinner while simulates the wait for the sent of the email to finish the spinner is remove and the user receives a success alert which is removed after 3 seconds and the entire form is reseted to begin again.
