Ocr to get the list of people nearby in wechat.
Run following commands to start:
python -m pip install -r requirements.txt
python nearbyOcr.pyYou can put your input images in dir input or use parameter -i / --input_dir to set your input dir.
When you finish executing command python nearbyOcr.py, you can find your results(res.csv and imgs/) in output.
