This is a basic CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) Todo API built using FastAPI. It allows you to manage your todo list with the following operations:
- Create a new todo item
- Read a list of all todo items
- Read a specific todo item by ID
- Update a todo item
- Delete a todo item
