energy disappears from batteries easily

i made a long time a issue where energy disappears from networks back then i discovered this but never reported because i didnt know if its related so i didnt know whether to make new issue or add to old one. you can reproduce the issue with the setup in the images. if you connect them with one connection there is no issue but when you make second and third connection there is already clear issue. break the wires and replace them many times, you will continuously lose energy doing that. all the energy storages are on send and receive mode.
in the start i fill the li-ion energy storage block with energy. the other block is not full of energy. if the other block is full of energy the issue will not happen.

I'd like to add to this that there's some problem, probably related to spreading your energy system across distances larger than server's render distance, when energy suddenly vanishes from all connected energy storages at the speed at which the storage can output it.
Unfortunately, i still can't figure out a consistent way of reproducing this, but it keeps happening no matter what i tried so far. It also seems to happen completely randomly, at intervals of hours sometimes.
