Describe the bug
The moderator can, after starting the game and reconnecting, be unable to open the kebab menu of a spectator.

To Reproduce
Minimum steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a game
  2. join with another client as a spectator
  3. start the game as the moderator
  4. refresh the page as the moderator, open the spectator list and attempt to open the kebab menu of the spectator.

Expected behavior
The kabab menu opens
