English syntax across all relationships

Every relationship has source, target, type, and value.
I'm fairly certain this is the magic number as far as describing things goes.
The question is, how do we use each field.
"Car color (True) red" seems wrong.
"Car color red (rgb)" seems more correct, but still a little odd. True is definitely redundant, though, and I'm using it a lot.
So, the question. How best to map Describes -> type + value -> Regarding map to an English sentence?
