Remove .pyc files from repository

Ignore them (obviously) and get git to stop tracking the old version of them.

As far as I can tell, I've removed the pyc files. I didn't add any ignore rules to stop people from adding new ones, but the old ones should be all gone and no longer tracked for future commits. ^^
