This will combine the "marketing" website with a log-in site for participants.

- Formatted Documentation - self hosted version of the docs as they are appear on our own (staging) website.
- Local repository documentation - You can view the docs on GitHub as well - they are just not processed by Hugo and formatted as nicely (also, the inter-document links will not work when using the GitHub UI for reading the MarkDown files).
