Scheduling 3 elevators in a system of elevators.
UPDATE 1:
Fixed the code. It actually works now.
Update 2:
Added legible code for both random input (monte-carlo testing) and user input, so as to play around with the scheduling system.

added more code to the project for advanced features, will revamp entirely asap
