libft is a recreation of some of the functions that exists in the c programming standard library and other functions that don't exist in the standard library. The funtions that are available in the standard library include the following; • isalpha • isdigit • isalnum • isascii • isprint • strlen • memset • bzero • memcpy • memmove • strlcpy • strlcat • toupper • tolower • strchr • strrchr • strncmp • memchr • memcmp • strnstr • atoi calloc • strdup the above functions include ft_ as prefix because they are recreated imitating the original functions.
