Objectives:
This course has two main scopes. On the one hand, to learn on a practical way how to extract semistructured data from Internet (mainly from Twitter) through its API and web scraping techniques to give them a tabular format and process them with the help of programming in R and Python. On the other hand, analyse and visualize the generated data on such a way that they allow to extract useful knowledge.

- Social media analysis with Gephi
