For installation:

For windows user update pip tool:
```
$python -m pip install -U pip
```
For Mac or linux user update pip tool:
```
pip3 install -U pip
```

Setup the environment:

pip install -r requirement.txt

For run:

$python3 project.py

enter the address in the web browser.

http://127.0.0.1:5000/
