How can I make it work?

You need to make a repl and upload the code there and run the main.py file a webpage will open you have to copy that url and use it in a pinger app like "uptimerobot.com" this app will check the website every 5 seconds.

DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOUR CAT NAME AND YOUR EMAIL!

How I made this work on my computer?

You need python and you need to run this command:

pip install -r requirements.txt
